Top raiders in Pro Kabaddi League season 3

Pradeep Narwal

Pradeep Narwal has been one of the reasons for Patna Pirates’ success in this season. He is one of the successful raiders in this season. He tops the best raider’s category with 106 raid points from 76 successful raids.  He averages 5.43 successful raids per match. He also bagged the most points in a match (24) against Telugu Titans this season.

 Rohit Kumar

Rohit Kumar of Patna Pirates is another successful raider in this season. His outstanding performance has led Patna Pirates to many wins. Rohit bagged the title ‘Kabaddi Ka Boss’. Rohit is placed second in the top raiders list with 88 raid points from 71 successful raids. He averages 7.1 successful raids per match this season.

 Rahul Chaudhari

Rahul Chaudhari has been one of the best raiders this season. His outstanding skills has been the pillar behind Telugu Titans’ victory. He occupies the third spot on the raiders chart with 77 points from 72 successful raids. He averages 6 successful raids per match in this season

Kashiling Adake

Dabang Delhi’s flying machine Kashiling Adake is on a roll this season too. He is placed fourth in the top raiders chart with 75 points from 55 successful raids. He averages 5 successful raids per match. But in spite of this, Dabang Delhi is at the bottom of the league table.

 Surjeet Singh

The Dabang Delhi’s raider came into form quite late in this season. He is placed fifth with 68 raid points from 54 successful raids. He averages 4.5 successful raids per match in this season. He is one of the few bright spots for Delhi in an other disappointing tournament.

U Mumba’s Rishank Devadiga (68), Bengal Warriors’ Nitin Tomar (65) and Jang Kung Lee (64), Jaipur Pink Panthers’ Rajesh Narwal (59) and Telugu Titans’ Sukesh Hegde (58) occupy the top raiders chart.

U Mumba qualifies for semis

U Mumba posted a big win over Jaipur Pink Panthers in the 50th match of Pro Kabaddi League season 3 at DOME@NSCI SVP Stadium in Mumbai. U Mumba won the match by a lead of 14 points (35-21). U Mumba destroyed the Panthers in the first half with a lead of (21-05) 16 points and then took the same form in the second half to emerge winners.

With this win, U Mumba became the second team after Patna Pirates to qualify for the semis. For U Mumba, it was a team’s effort. Rishank Devadiga ended with a super ten with nine raid points including three bonus points. Anup Kumar, who was the crowd favourite, led the team admirably contributing 6 points including one tackle point and 5 raid points.

For Jaipur Pink Panthers, substitute Anil Patil came up with some good raids to end the match with 7 raid points including three bonus points. All-rounder Rajesh Narwal contributed 5 points including one tackle points and four raid points from 20 raids for

After this win, U Mumba has 45 points from 11 matches and is placed second in the league table. Jaipur Pink Panthers is at 6th place with 28 points after 14 matches.

Dabang Delhi draws with Jaipur Pink Panthers

The 47th match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 3 between Dabang Delhi and Jaipur Pink Panthers ended in an exciting draw at Thyagaraj Sports Complex in Delhi.

Dababang Delhi’s 3rd home match ended in a draw (21-21) against Jaipur Pink Panthers. It was one of the best and thrilling performances of Dabang Delhi in this season. Dabang Delhi led in the first half by a lead of one point lead (09-08) and the beginning of the second half was also in favor of Dabang Delhi. But the last minute raid of Jaipur’s  raider Rajesh Narwal got an outstanding raid point to Panthers and finished the match in a draw.

Jaipur Pink Panthers’ C. Arun was the top scorer of the match and he bagged the inspiring defender of the match award and man of the match award. He scored seven tackle points with three super tackles. Captain Ran Singh got the moment of the match award. He was the top raider of Jaipur Pink Panthers and he bagged five raid points including two bonus points. Rajesh Narwal bagged four raid points from 14 raids for Jaipur.

Selvamani was the top raider for Dabang Delhi in this match. He scored five raid points from 13 raids. Sandeep Dhull was the best performer for Delhi and he bagged five tackle points from his outstanding performance. Kashiling Adake bagged three raid points with one bonus point from 17 raids. Anil Kumar bagged four tackle points for the home team Delhi.

Jaipur Pink Panthers is on the 6th position in the 3rd season of Pro Kabaddi League points table with 28 points. Dabang Delhi is still in the bottom level with 10 points.

 

 

Patna Pirates Qualifies for the semi-finals

Patna Pirates became the first team to qualify for semifinals of Pro Kabaddi League season 3 after defeating Jaipur Pink Panthers at Sawai Mansigh Stadium in Jaipur on Tuesday.

Patna Pirates won by a lead of 23 points (47-24) against Jaipur Pink Panthers.  Patna Pirates demolished Panthers in the first half, leading by 22 points (27-05) at the break. Patna Pirates recorded the biggest first-half lead of 22 points in the 3rd season of Pro Kabaddi League.

Patna Pirates’ Rohit Kumar won the best raider award and the moment of the match award. He bagged 14 points including eight touch points and five bonus points from his 11 successful raids and one tackle point.  Sandeep Narwal bagged the inspiring defender of the match award. He scored seven points including six tackle points and one raid point. Defender Hadi Oshtorak scored four tackle points and raider Pradeep Narwal scored four raid points for Pirates.

Jaqipur Pink Panthers missed their super raider Sonu Narwal and Jasvir Singh in this match. In the second half, Panthers fought back to reduce the deficit as raider Rajesh Narwal scored 10 raid points with one bonus points. Captain Ran Singh scored four points including three raid points with two bonus points from his four raids and one tackle point.

Patna Pirates leads the table with 52 points. Jaipur Pink Panthers is placed six with 25 points after 12 matches.

 

Bengal Warriors beats Jaipur Pink Panthers

Bengal Warriors overcame Jaipur Pink Panthers in the 40th match of Pro Kabaddi League season 3 at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

Bengal Warriors won by a lead of 16 points against (34-18) against Jaipur Pink Panthers. Bengal Warriors were in the lead in the first half with three points (11-08) and carried the same form in the second half to emerge winners.

Bengal Warriors’ captain Nilesh Shinde and Bajirao Hodage were the emerging defenders in this match. Bajirao bagged four tackle points from his outstanding performance. Nilesh also scored four tackle points for the winning team. Jang Kung Lee fought again for Bengal Warriors’ victory. He was the top raider of the match. He bagged six touch points from his raids. Shyam Kumar Shah bagged six points including five raid points and one tackle point. Substitute Umesh Mhatre scored four touch points from his raids. Girish Ernak bagged five tackle points for Warriors.

Raider Rajesh Narwal was the top scorer for Jaipur Pink Panthers. He bagged four points including two raid points with one bonus points and two tackle points. Sonu Narwal bagged three raid points from his raids. Ran Singh bagged four points from his four successful tackles.

Bengal Warriors won seven matches and is placed second in the leaderboard with 37 points. Jaipur Pink Panthers is sixth with 25 points.

Puneri Paltan beats Jaipur Pink Panthers

Puneri Paltan overpowered Jaipur Pink Panthers in the 39th match of Pro Kabaddi League season 3 at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

Pune won by a lead of 15 points (18-33) against Jaipur Pink Panthers. Captain Manjeet Chhillar and Surjeet were the best defenders for Pune.

Manjeet Chhillar, who is the first player to score 300 points in Pro Kabaddi League,  scored six points in this match including five tackle points and one raid point. Surjeet was another great defender for Pune.  He bagged the inspiring defender award and moment of the match award. He scored eight tackle points from his outstanding performance in this match. Ajay Thakur got the best raider award as he scored three raid points from his 11 raids. Deepak Nivas Hooda bagged four raid points from his eight raids for Puneri Paltan’s victory.

Panthers’ raiders couldn’t go past Puneri Paltan’s defence in this match. Raider Jasvir Singh bagged three raid points with one bonus points from his five raids. Rajesh Narwal scored only three raid points with one bonus points from his 14 raids. Sonu Narwal’s five raids ended in Pune’s court. He only scored two raid points from his nine raids.

Puneri Paltans is placed third with 32 points in the third season of Pro Kabaddi League. Panthers is placed sixth with 25 points.

Jaipur Pink Panthers beat Bengaluru Bulls

Jaipur Pink Panthers beats Bengaluru Bulls in the 36th match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 3 at Sawai Mansigh Stadium in Jaipur.

Jaipur Pink Panthers won by a lead of nine points (30-21) against Bengaluru Bulls.  The first half was also in favor of the Jaipur who had a lead of one point (10-09) and carried the same form in the second half to emerge winners.

Jaipur Pink Panthers’ smiling assassin Jasvir Singh joins to the team after recovering from injury and he became the best raider of the match. He bagged five raid points from his single raid. This is the only one successful raid of Jasvir on the last day’s match.  All rounder Rajesh Narwal became an inspiring defender on the match. He bagged total seven points including three raid points and four tackle points with one super tackle from his stylish performance.  Sonu Narwal scored three touch points from his raids for Panthers

Pawan Kumar was the top scorer for Bengaluru Bulls. He bagged total of six points including five raid points and one tackle point.  Vinod Kumar bagged five raid points with two bonus points. Somvir bagged four tackle points with one super tackle for Bengaluru Bulls.

Jaipur placed 5th position with 25 points after their nine matches in the third season of Pro Kabaddi League. Although Bengaluru Bulls played ten matches in this season, they could win only two matches and lost eight. Bulls placed seventh position with 13 points on the leader boards.
