Ronnie screwvala promoted U Mumba, maintained their unbeaten run with comfortable victory over their Bengal Warriors rivals to storm in to the finals of the 3rd season of Pro Kabaddi at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi on Friday
The defending champions U Mumba was strong both in defends and attack which initially destroyed the rivals’ defense. In the first half itself they have taken a huge lead of 26-08 against Bengal Warriors and when it came to the second half U Mumba toyed with their opponents to emerge an easy 41-29 victory in the semi finals.
Rishank Devadiga’s outstanding performance made him the top scorer of the match. During the match he crossed the 100 raid points in this season only which was followed by Patna Pirates’ Pradeep Narwal. He bagged total 13 points including two tackle points with one super tackle and 11 raid points from 15 raids. Captain Anup Kumar too played his role to perfection as always resulting in a third consecutive entry into the title round. He led the side admirably and bagged six raid points for U Mumba. Mohit Chhillar and Fazel Atrachali showcased impressive defends last night too. Mohit bagged six tackle points including one super tackle. Fazel assisted Mohit and bagged three tackle points too.
For Bengal Warriors, Jang Kun Lee and Nitin Tomar who had devastated many a defense on their way to the semis looked like harmless warriors without arms and ammunition. Nitin Tomar came back to the game in the second half to show some good raids for warriors, he bagged 8 raid points with bonus point. The substitute Vineet Sharma bagged six points including one tackle points and 5 raid points from his outstanding performance in the second half. Jang Kung Lee couldn’t take successful raid from his four raids against the defending champions.
U Mumba will be facing the Patna Pirates in their third final of Pro Kabaddi League. Bengal Warriors and Puneri Paltan will fight for the 3/4th position on Saturday at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi.
Bengal Warriors stormed into the semi-finals after defeating Bengaluru Bulls in the 53rd match of the Pro Kabaddi League season 3 at DOME@NSCI SVP Stadium in Mumbai. Bengal Warriors won the match by a lead of 4 points (26-22).
Jang Kung Lee was the top raider for Bengal Warriors. He bagged six raid points including two bonus points from his 13 raids. Mahesh Goud contributed five raid points from 19 raids. Captain Nilesh Shinde was impressive as defender. He bagged 7 tackle points including one super tackle. Young raider Nitin Tomar bagged 4 raid points in Bengal Warrior’s victory.
Bengaluru Bulls registered their 12th loss in this season in 14 matches. Deepak Kumar Dahiya was the top scorer for Bulls in this match. He scored 6 raid points. Pawan Kumar bagged two points from seven raids.
With this win, Bengal Warriors is placed third with 47 points after 13 matches. Bengaluru Bulls is seventh with 14 points in 14 matches.
Patna Pirates eked out a win against Bengal Warriors in the 29th match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 3 at Patliputra Sports Complex in Patna.
Patna Pirates won by a lead of five points (32-27) against Bengal warriors. In the first half, Patna Pirates was ahead by a lead of six points (17-11) and carried the same form in the second half to emerge winners.
Patna Pirates’ raider Rohit Kumar was the top scorer of the match. He scored eight points from his outstanding performance, including six touch points from his raids and two tackle points from his defends. Raider Pradeep Narwal also scored six touch points from his raids. Captain Manpreet Singh scored five raid points with three bonus points. Hadi Oshtorak scored three tackle points including super tackles.
Bengal warriors played without their super raider Nitin Tomar who was replaced by Shrikant Jadhav. He was the top scorer for Bengal Warriors, scoring seven raid points from his magical raids. Jang Kung Lee and Umesh Mhatre scored four points each for Bengal Warriors. Girish Ernak also scored five tackle points from his defends.
Patna Pirates tops the points table with 38 points. Bengal Warriors is at second spot with 27 points.

Bengal Warriors overcame Jaipur Pink Panthers in the 21st match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 3 at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Indoor Stadium in Kolkata.
Bengal Warriors won by a lead of 14 points (30-24) against Jaipur Pink Panthers on Wednesday. Bengal Warriors is the best defending team in the 3rd Season of Pro Kabaddi League. First half result was favourable for Bengal Warriors (10-09) which had a lead of one point.
Nitin Tomar was the top scorer for Bengal Warriors. He scored nine points with one bonus point. Jang Kung Lee also helped to boost Warriors’ score. He scored five points including one bonus point and one tackle point. Girish Ernak and Bajirao Hodage covered defence area for the Bengal Warriors.
Sonu Narwal was the super raider for Jaipur Pink Panthers. He scored seven points including two bonus points. Rajesh Narwal scored five points with a super tackle and bonus points.
Bengal Warriors tops Pro Kabaddi points table with 26 points. Bengal played six matches in this season and have won all but one. Jaipur Pink Panthers is at the fifth place with 11 points.

Patna Pirates turned the tables in the second half, eking out a close win by five points.
Rajesh Mondal had a super raid for Patna pirates in the first half as he scored four points in this raid. Young raider Rohit Kumar was the top-scorer of Patna. He scored 11 points including two bonus points and one tackle point. Raider Pradeep Narwal’s seven raid points was the other impressive performance in Patna Pirates’ victory

Patna Pirates tops the Pro Kabaddi League points table with 25 points. Bengal Warriors, which has won four matches out of five, holds the second place in the league points table with 21 points.
Bengal Warriors overpowered Dabang Delhi in the 18th match of Pro Kabaddi League season 3 at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Indoor Stadium in Kolkata.
Bengal Warriors won by a lead of 17 points (34-17) against Dabang Delhi. This is the fourth consecutive victory for Bengal Warriors.
Young raider Nitin Tomar was the top-scorer for the Bengal warriors as he scored eight points with two bonus points. Jang Kung Lee, the Korean player of Bengal warriors, scored four points including one tackle point and three raid points. This is the sixth consecutive loss for Dabang Delhi. Raider Kashiling Adake scored eight points with two bonus points for the losing team.

Bengal Warriors overpowered Puneri Paltans in the 15th match of Pro Kabaddi League season 3 at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Indoor stadium in Kolkata.
This is the 3rd successive victory for Warriors. They have played three matches in this season and won all the three. Bengal Warriors’ young boy NitinTomar again was the reason for Warriors’ victory as they won against Paltans by five points (33-28).
The first half ended with a lead of six points for Bengal Warriors (18-12). Nitin Tomar scored 11 points from his magical raids, Jang Kung Lee and Mahesh Goud scored two bonus points each from their raids.
During this match, Puneri Paltans’ captain Manjeet Chhillar became the first player to collect 100 tackle points in Pro Kabaddi League. He scored a total of 13 points including three bonus, three touch points and seven tackle points with super tackles.
Bengal Warriors is at third position with 15 points and Puneri Paltans stands at 7th place with seven points in this season.
