U Mumba beats Puneri Paltan

U Mumba overcame Puneri Paltan in the 26th match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 3 at Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune.

U Mumba won by a lead of two points (29-27) against Puneri Paltan. But the first half went to Puneri Paltan who lead by one point (15-14). U Mumba fought hard in the last minutes of the game to emerge winners.

Rishank Devadiga was the top-scorer for U Mumba. He scored 7 raid points including two bonus points. Captain Rakesh Kumar scored five points, including one raid point and four tackle points with super tackles.

Puneri Paltan’s Surendra Singh was the top-scorer of the match. He scored eight raid points including three bonus points. Captain Manjeet Chillar scored three points and Ajay Thakur scored two raid points. Defender Jasmer Singh Gulia scored five tackle points with super tackles.

U Mumba has played six matches and won four of them and lost two.  At the end of the match, U Mumba is placed fourth in the Pro Kabaddi League points table with 22 points. Puneri Paltan played six matches in this season and won one of them, their two matches ended up in draws. Pune is placed in the sixth position with 14 points.
